Guided Meditation sessions are held in my peaceful massage therapy room or on a virtual Zoom session. Whether you join a group or book a 1/1 session, you’ll leave feeling lighter, grounded, and restored.

✨ Small Group Meditation at The Heart of Wellness office – $30 per person

 This is a restorative hour for 4 participants per 60-minute class. Bring a friend or loved one and enjoy the calm together. Journals and comfortable cushions are provided for in-office sessions. Bring a pillow to create your own cozy space.

🌙 Virtual Group Guided Meditation on Zoom– $25 per person 

Join us for a peaceful 45-minute guided session from the comfort of your home. Each class includes gentle breathwork, calming meditation, and reflective moments to help you relax, reduce stress, and improve sleep. ✨ Private Meditation Session – $60 

This personalized 1/1 guided 60-minute session offers the same calming experience in a quiet, supportive setting, tailored to your unique needs and energy.  Book your private session here.
