Fill your cup first! Having the strength and energy to raise kids, work, and tackle daily tasks is key to keeping both yourself and your loved ones happy and thriving.

Over the years, I’ve built a personal library of self-care apps on my phone that I rely on to keep my mind and body healthy and strong. With so many options available, it may take some trial and error to find the ones that work best for you.
